How the reach is bought
Purchases are pooled and spent as ad reach on a regular cadence, weighted toward the videos people have backed most. Reach isn't bought one transaction at a time.
Platform limits
X decides what it will promote. If a video is limited or rejected, the reach is applied to other videos where it does the most good.
Funding the next video
A portion of every purchase funds the production of the videos that come next.
